Cuisinart 15-Piece Cookware Set Full Review
Triple-ply stainless from saucepans to stockpots. The set that covers everything else in the kitchen.

The Hook
We go through a lot of pots in this kitchen, and most of them don’t last. This fifteen piece Cuisinart set is the one that stuck around. Triple ply stainless, saucepans to stockpot, and I’ve leaned on it daily for longer than I expected to.
What It’s Actually Like to Cook With
The unlock with a set like this isn’t any single pan, it’s not having to think about which one to grab. Everyday saute goes on the stainless straight through to a proper sear, sauces reduce evenly without scorching in the corners, and the stockpot earns its keep every time stock or a big batch of soup is on. Handles stay cool enough to grab bare handed, which matters more than it sounds like it should. Low and slow braises behave exactly how you’d want, no hot spots, no babysitting.
The Verdict
Not the flashiest set in the cabinet, but it’s the one doing the actual work. Mid range price, professional kitchen behaviour. If you’re building a set from scratch instead of buying pans one at a time, start here.
